At our half day reset retreat we’ll use group and personal reflection exercises to help you make plans that stick this year.
Aoife Morrin of Happiness Transformation will teach you how to make targeted nutritional changes that help support your body and mind in a healthy and sustainable way.
Debbie Lawrence of the Holistic Therapy Centre will also show you how to choose natural alternatives to the toxins we fill our bodies with every day to further support your health and wellness.
You will also have the opportunity to try our nutritious snacks and favourite juices from our juice cleanse programme.
